In Rosean Chronicle, each member plays an essential role in delivering quality news to the Rosean community. Below is a brief description of each position in the organization.

Editor-in-Chief

Supervises all the staff of the school publication as well as handles the backbone of the Editorial section. They look for any more errors after all the editors have finished their task, as well as hold meetings to keep the organization functional. They finalize the tasks and duties to be accomplished in consultation with the school publication adviser.

Assistant Editors

Edit the articles in cooperation with the editor–in-chief, write editorials when requested, prepare assignments of section editors in consultation with the editor-in-chief, and cooperates in the preparation of the layout.

Managing Editor

Checks articles for errors, prepares the layout of the campus paper in consultation with the editor-in-chief, and keeps all the raw data of the organization safe.

Social Media Manager

They handle the social media page of the school publication in addition to receiving and answering inquired directed to the organization and school organization. They act as liaison and relays information to the staff and adviser.

News Editor

Assigns reporters to cover events relevant to the news section. They write news articles and edits all news articles received before the process of checking starts.

Feature Editor

Provides assignments to writers, receives, and edits feature articles prior to the checking of articles.

Filipino Editor

Provides duties to writers, receives, and edits Filipino articles prior to the checking of articles.

Sports Editor

Gives out assignments to reporters to cover sports events relevant to the school, writes sports articles, and edits all sports news articles received.

Writers/Reporters

Journalists that receive assignments from the editorial board. They mainly write leads, articles, as well as serve as correspondents for onsite coverages.

Photojournalists

They capture photos to be used in updating the community as well as the photographs featured in the newspaper. They act as videographers as well.

Video Editors

They are tasked with producing audio-visual presentations to be posted on the official Facebook page of the school publication.

Layout Designer

They specialize in creating the overall layout design for the social media platform and the print media by utilizing typography and editing techniques. They are also in-charge of coming up with the newspaper layout with the consultation of the editorial board.

Graphic Designers

They are tasked with creating graphic elements including but not limited to digitally-drawn illustrations, logos, layouts, and photo editing, with the help of the Layout Designer, Managing Editor, Assistant Editors, and Editor-in-Chief.
